San Marino Maritime Legislation consists of San Marino Maritime Law, instruments of ratification of international conventions, laws for the constitution of the Maritime Authority and for the assignment of the operative mandate to San Marino Ship Register. Moreover, SMML includes San Marino Technical and Administrative Regulations, as well as San Marino Policy Letters and Bulletins.
