Tax Benefits include:  Companies must fulfil the following requirements to benefit from the incentives. Moreover, ships imported by San Marino established companies that are exclusively used for commercial transport of passengers and/or cargo shall benefit of a full exemption from the San Marino import tax. In order to benefit of the said tax exemption the relevant ship(s) shall not be sold to other parties for a period of two (2) years after their registration in San Marino. The luxury tax previously charged on private and commercial ships has been repealed effective from the fiscal year 2023. I benefici fiscali includono: Per beneficiare degli incentivi, le società devono avere i seguenti requisiti. Inoltre, navi importate da società sammarinesi utilizzate esclusivamente per trasporto di beni o persone potranno beneficiare dell’esenzione totale dalla tassa di importazione sammarinese. Per beneficiare di questa esenzione, le unità non dovranno essere vendute a terzi per un periodo di due (2) anni dall’immatricolazione a San Marino. La tassa sul lusso precedentemente applicata a navi private e commerciali è stata abrogata a partire dall’anno fiscale 2023.
